無水蒸海鮮

網上見人用LC 煲整無水蒸海鮮, 一路自已都想試吓.  見龍虾減價, 買隻返嚟整吓!Image may contain: food放D籮白在底,又加D薑粒蒜蓉.

又落菇菇同菜,紹菜會好D.  家中剛巧無紹菜, 就改用生菜.

放海鮮啦!  虾及帶子.

最後加蜆,又落薑粒和蒜蓉,再落少少酒. 我一開始用了大火三至四分鐘, 所以最底的蘿蔔有少少黏底.  下次煲一熱, 便改用小火及慢煑.

成功!

成煲煑完有三分一精華.  餘下的湯汁, 加粉絲又變成海鮮粉絲煲.
