好啦, 開始最後一餐Dine Out Vancouver 2020. 老友揀了去 THE VICTOR @ PARQ CASINO, 因為大家都未去過, 想去試試. THE VICTOR 隱藏在PARQ CASINO的六樓, 環境開陽及非常優美!
這個$45三道菜, 都叫我們大開眼戒! 先來一客免費芝士暖麵包.
頭盤有蟹肉龍蝦湯( LOBSTER & CRAB BISQUE - crab salad, gruyere toast) 及法式生牛肉 (STEAK TARTARE - grainy mustard, capers, horseradish, quick cured egg yolk, house chips).
龍蝦湯好香濃, 好味到嫌它份量太小.
法式生牛肉好吃, 亦想不到份量咁慷慨!
主菜有我喜歡的松露磨菇意大利飯 (FORAGED MUSHROOM & TRUFFLE RISOTTO -
shaved winter truffle, crispy mushrooms, parmesan, saffron pickled shallots)及Honey 喜歡的牛扒 (CENTRE CUT DELMONICO RIBEYE 8 oz -whipped potatoes, roasted vegetables)
甜品原本有朱古力撻, 太多人叫關係, 巳經買完! 有另一甜品補上, 是一個類似咖啡雪糕甜品, 起初頭幾啖好香濃咖啡味, 但吃多幾啖就覺得有D 漏, 因為好多Heavy Cream. 第二款甜品是椰子蛋糕(MENKES CAKE - vanilla sponge, toasted coconut custard, coconut mousse). 之前的甜品太漏, 巳忘記這蛋糕的味道了!
整體來說, 5分滿分, 我會給4分
That ribeye looks a bit small (hehehe, yes, I love steaks). nice dinner <3
