DINE OUT VANCOUVER 2020 Part 1 - The Rise Eatery

開始今年的DINE OUT VANCOUVER, 自己覺得今年Menu內的食物比往年多元化!
第一餐Dine Out 選擇了THE RISE EATERY, 吃亞洲 Fusion 菜.


這店出名是一碟海膽汁墨魚意粉, 上次專程為了這意粉來, 可惜只在晚上才供應.  今次見Dine Out Menu內有這意粉, 立即訂枱試試!



















頭盤是韓式炸雞, 用松露醬代替韓式辣椒醬, 另一食法.
"Chicken Seoul Good" - Korean style fried chicken, wild mushroom cream, truffle oil, grated parmesan

















另一頭盤是炸意大利飯團
"A Curve Ball" - House vegan cheese, spinach & mushroom arancini, masala pumpkin seed romesco sauce, sun-dried tomato chutney.


這就是我最想吃的海膽汁墨魚意粉.
"Uni-Versal Pasta"- House XO sauce sautéed prawns, squid ink pasta, sea urchin cream, free run egg yolk, flying fish roe, toasted seaweed














海膽汁好味, XO醬蝦都唔錯, 可惜意粉煮得太淋.

牛扒配墨西哥酸辣椒加薯條, 口味獨特.
"Fryday Meat-up"
Grilled 7oz sterling flat iron steak, miso gravy, togarashi compound butter, frites, spicy vegetable jardinière.

友人的鴨腿, 用了菲律賓腸配搭
"Ode to Adobo" Duck leg confit, Filipino sausage & edamame cassoulet, pomme purée
兩伵個甜品都好吃, 抹茶餅好夠緑茶味, 可惜太迷你.
"Luv U So Matcha" Matcha green tea cheese tart, raspberry coulis, crispy white chocolate pearls.

法式焦糖燉蛋好有樂家杏仁糖味道.
"I Care-a-mel About U" Salted caramel crème brûlée, pecan praline, brown butter quinoa crumble.

整體來說, 5分滿分, 我會給3.5分
離開The Rise Eatery 時, 才發現廚房是在Basement樓下, 這可能是餐廳名字來源, 樓下煮飯, 樓上吃飯.  另外餐牌上的食物, 菜式名字亦好有創意.

  1. 我地winterlicious今日都開始啦,不過冬天凍人又懶(excuse excuse),我無打算落downtown(大部分餐廳都係喺dowbrido)呢。^^"

  2. Hey Hey, 我好為食, 所以Downtown 都去. 但Vancouver DT 是否無Toronto 咁大?
