Vancouver Dine Out 2019


一年一度的Dine Out Vancouver 又嚟啦, 但今年真係無乜心水,Menu  唔多吸引.   價錢今年分了四個級別: Cad$15, 25, 35 & 45.   所以有些餐單要額外付費, 變相$45 餐單, 到埋單就要$60.   話明3 Course Lunch or Dinner, 有些$15 Menu 是吃漢堡包, 沒有甜品, 將.甜品變成薯條或沙律, 而頭盤是熱湯.   我都明白食材貴咗, 但做Dine Out的目的除吸引多些客人外, 亦想宣傳餐廳本身的特色食物, 要將貨就價,倒不如唔好學做Dine Out.

年Dine Out 我都試4-5間餐廳, 但今年只揀了間, 全爆, 只剩以下間。Milltown Bar & Grill - $25

Dessert: Fried churros and Mini doughnuts,估唔到 Mini 冬甩鮮, 好好吃!.

第二間是在市中心裝修得好靚的Notch 8 - $45, 一直很想去; 撞正佢做Dine Out, 價錢比平時優惠D!

表姐牛一, 叫枝洒開心吓!  頭盤有Truffle Egg及 Qualicum scallop, 價分別是$20 及 $12.   Truffle Egg 好味連汁吃哂!

主菜有鹿肉Venison, 第一次食鹿内,似牛仔肉但醬汁好咸, 不好門吃
另一是燴海鮮Golden ocean -  用上saffron butter sauce去配各種海鮮,有带子,蜆,青口及魚。魚肉做得非常恰當.

甜點是Roasted chestnut dark chocolate mousse - 整個甜品最好吃是雪糕,吃不到旦糕有栗子味,另一旁邊是Sponge Cake, 是一堆超乾的Sponge Cake

  2. 今個冬天太凍啦,我完全提唔起勁去呢邊嘅winterlicious。同意妳嘅講法,咁樣將貨就價,好無意思呀!
